Charlie’s Baslow

Air Conditioning Services was invited asked to provide a new commercial kitchen canopy for Charlie’s Bistro in Baslow, Derbyshire.

Charlie’s was having a full re-design of their kitchen and food prep areas, and so needed a new upgraded extraction system. We visited site, discussed the chef’s requirements and designed a bespoke extraction system and canopy.

The new canopy, which was made from brushed stainless steel and the new stainless steel baffle filters clean the air before it’s extracted outside, via the roof-mounted fan and silencer.
